Balance

The first in a series of totem pieces using different species of wood.  This is a unique piece made of Mango wood.  The piece was cut from a larger slab of Mango wood, purchased from a local hardwood importer.  The Mango was imported from a grove in Mexico. The light color is the sap wood, with a small hint of heart wood three quarters of the way down on the shaft.  The orbs are stained Birch wood.
