The simple slender piece of this exotic hardwood gives the piece its character. The name of the piece refers to the natural color that came out when the clear finish had been applied. It is actually the sister to another ribbon piece, not shown on my website. The wood was the thing. Its color is emphasized by the light colored heavy granite base.
