Two pieces of Poplar encase the natural piece running through it. The natural piece runs through a hole in the top section of black. The softness of the natural wood is a wonderful contrast to the flat black. Curves are a huge part of what I do, and this simple design represents the flow of the work I try to embody in most of my pieces.
